Build Career In Senior Care

Becoming a Care Assistant can be extremely rewarding for those who are natually caring, compassionate, hard working and reliable. A Rosie Nightingale's Carer makes people feel valued, is a good listener and really cares about doing things right.

Join A Team That Cares for You

Whilst experienced carers are able to fast track some of the initial induction training and start sooner, we are always on the look out for those with the right personal qualities to make excellent carers.  Full induction training, shadowing and close support will soon give you the confidence to be able to really make a difference to the quality of life of those you will support.  All carers receive ongoing training along with oportunities for further specialist training including working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Over the years we have established an excellent reputation for our extremely high quality of care, which is due to our dedicated team of Home Care Workers.

We recognise that the key to providing quality care is recruiting quality carers and then treating them well and therefore retaining them. We spend a lot of time on our rotas every week, trying hard to ensure that our carers have good runs.
